Account Manager
As a Starfish client you'll have a dedicated Account Manager to look after you who is responsible for the success of the work we undertake and the satisfaction of your relationship. They have the experience and vision to take your brands to the next level.

You can call our account managers anytime for free, even after the project has long finished.

Project Management
All projects,  from the smallest to the largest, are planned out with pin point accuracy. Our PM's work is to understand the vision and objectives of the project and communicate this vision to the rest of the project team.

They are expected to work with the creative teams and with the technical team to develop a detailed requirements specification, and to build, test and deploy the application in line with the agreed specification.

Quality Assurance
QA is a formal process that leaves nothing to chance. It means that your website doesn’t go live only for you to find it doesn’t work! 

One years's Free Maintenance
You will find that your ideas on how your website can best serve you evolves gradually. As with any piece of work, it takes time to get it completely right. That is why we offer you the ability to get us to tweak your website.

Content Management
Our advanced content management system (CMS) allows you to modify the content yourself. However, we find that some clients prefer that we do it for them. Just drop us an email with the text changes and we'll update your web copy anytime. Since we use the CMS, we can do it in a flash.
